Hitachi required a comprehensive exit strategy for their 1,200m² Birmingham facility. This project was unique as it combined a full internal office clearance and redecoration with critical exterior maintenance. The goal was to hand back a building that was professionally refreshed both inside and out, ensuring the property met high standards for potential new tenants or landlord inspection.
COFI Contracts managed the project in three distinct phases. Internally, we handled the logistics of dismantling and inventorying furniture for secure storage. Once cleared, we performed a full internal redecoration and fire safety service. Externally, we deployed specialist equipment to power wash the roof and guttering systems, removing debris and buildup to ensure the building’s drainage and exterior aesthetics were fully restored.
A total facility refresh delivered within a single coordinated project. By handling the exterior power washing alongside the internal clearance, COFI Contracts provided a cost-effective, “one-stop” solution that revitalized the entire site’s appearance and operational integrity.
